Responsibility
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, membership registrations, and class bookings.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and maintain financial records.
- Provide detailed information about gym facilities, classes, trainers, and wellness programs.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with fitness instructors and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote membership packages, promotions, and events to existing and potential clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles (preferably in gyms, hotels, or wellness centers).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, POS systems).
- Well-groomed, presentable appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Passion for health, fitness, or wellness is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
