Responsibility
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using our clinic management system.
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with clinic management software is an advantage.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Basic understanding of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
