Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, verifying guest information and processing payments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing reservations and guest records.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and other concierge services.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a bonus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
