Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise the front office team, including receptionists, concierge, and guest relations staff, to deliver 5-star service standards.
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and personalized guest interactions.
  • Oversee reservation systems, room allocations, and rate management to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement SOP improvements for front desk operations, including emergency protocols and VIP service standards.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless cross-departmental coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback (e.g., reviews, surveys) to identify service gaps and training needs.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office performance, occupancy rates, and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front office management within luxury resorts or 5-star hotels.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a multicultural team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in revenue management and upselling techniques to enhance guest spending.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
