Responsibility

  • Provide warm, attentive, and personalized customer service to all guests.
  • Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service shifts or events.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, restaurants, or cafes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
  • Willingness to undergo training and adhere to company policies and procedures.
