Responsibility
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized customer service to all guests.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service shifts or events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, restaurants, or cafes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/carry moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Willingness to undergo training and adhere to company policies and procedures.
