Responsibility
- Provide warm and professional welcome to guests, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with a high level of service excellence.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely room turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in front office or housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry.
