Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide personalized and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, offering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and special requests using property management systems.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash transactions with precision.
- Upsell hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects the luxury standards of V8 Hotel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
