Responsibility
- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer, tenant, and staff inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with security, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and optimize tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.
- Lead and mentor staff, providing training and guidance to enhance performance and service quality.
- Manage emergency situations, including incident reporting and crisis resolution, with a calm and efficient approach.
- Conduct regular inspections of mall facilities to ensure operational readiness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to execute promotions, launches, and special activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or mall management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on tenant and visitor satisfaction.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and emergency procedures in large public spaces.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
