Responsibility
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process payments and provide receipts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and pairing suggestions.
