Responsibility

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems (PMS).
  • Provide personalized guest assistance, including local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including payment processing and billing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues with empathy and effective problem-solving.
  • Uphold hotel policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
