Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, room assignments, and billing, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, providing solutions that enhance their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational smoothness.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily reports for management review.
- Upsell hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences and revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area that reflects the hotelâs luxury standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as email correspondence, phone calls, and guest feedback follow-ups.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet guest needs.
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with Baliâs tourism landscape and local attractions is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
