Responsibility
- Welcome and check in/out guests with a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person communications with clarity and courtesy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
- Stay updated on local attractions, events, and services to provide personalized recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles (hospitality industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software.
- A proactive, guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape and cultural sensitivity.
