Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of tea, juice, and coffee beverages according to brand standards and customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and handling payments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, Café Attendant, or similar role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of tea, coffee, and juice preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tracking.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
