Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest records
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the property management system
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area with all necessary supplies
- Assist in training new front office staff and maintaining service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in using property management systems (PMS) and basic office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Knowledge of local attractions and tourism trends in Bali
