Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling reservations and room assignments.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of guest interactions, bookings, and payments using property management systems.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting as required.
- Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 hospitality environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
