  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the front office area at all times.

Qualifications

  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (training provided if needed).
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational demands.
  • Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role is a plus but not required.
