Responsibility

- Process reservations via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of guest information, payments, and special requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in the front office area at all times.
Qualifications
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (training provided if needed).
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational demands.
