Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with EDITION standards.
- Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop seasonal drink menus and promotional offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor guest consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest mixology trends, techniques, and premium spirits.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and supply ordering.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-end hotel, bar, or restaurant.
- Proven knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Legal eligibility to work in Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
