Responsibility
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to enhance outlet performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other operational data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
