Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
- Operate the property management system (PMS) to manage bookings, room assignments, and billing.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Bali’s tourism industry and local culture is a bonus.
