Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, optimizing table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with diplomacy and a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members to uphold NAOH’s service standards.
- Support special events, private dining, and promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front-of-house role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine or culture is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
