Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Manage takeaway orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., waiter, host, or retail associate) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in order accuracy and cleanliness.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and providing change.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or supplies.
