Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and operational updates.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
