Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or daily operations.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
