Responsibility

  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to service standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or daily operations.
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the F&B or hospitality industry (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
