Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression of Mogul Burger.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems, ensuring fast and error-free transactions.
- Handle cash and digital payments, including opening/closing the register and reconciling daily sales.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting FOH area, including dining tables, counters, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or combo deals to enhance customer experience and revenue.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and service standards in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior FOH/cashier experience in restaurants, cafes, or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating positive interactions.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills; familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
