As a Front of House Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience in our newly opened bathhouse studio. Responsibility
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate bookings, appointments, and reservations using our management system.
- Provide detailed information about wellness services, treatments, and studio amenities to guests.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and serene front-of-house area.
- Handle payments, invoices, and financial transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Address guest concerns or feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or wellness industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Familiarity with booking or POS systems is a plus.
- Passion for wellness, relaxation, and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
