Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their experience
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
- Assist in driving outlet sales through upselling and promoting special offers
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy
- Support special events and promotions as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
