Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to all guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista, Chef, or Waitstaff in a café, restaurant, or hotel (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, food preparation, or service etiquette.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
