Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions, billing, and payment processing accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and guest information.
- Assist in training and supervising front desk staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
