Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea, coffee, and other specialty beverages according to Tealive’s standards and recipes.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including equipment, utensils, and serving areas.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock ingredients, and report any shortages or issues to the management team.
- Upsell and promote Tealive’s products, including seasonal specials and limited-time offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a café, coffee shop, or bubble tea outlet.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Passion for the beverage industry and a willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
