Responsibility
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and stock ordering.
- Develop and implement creative cocktail menus, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
- Monitor and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and supplies to ensure smooth operations and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with management to set sales targets, track performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new mixology techniques, and emerging beverage products to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bartender, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (e.g., Head Bartender, Bar Captain, or Bar Manager).
- Proven expertise in mixology, including knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and local ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, RSA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
