- Maintain organized records of student interactions, attendance, and feedback using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems).
- Assist in planning and executing student events, workshops, and orientations to enhance community engagement.
- Liaise with faculty and staff to communicate student needs, updates, and logistical details.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold data privacy standards.
- Proactively resolve student concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate teams with solutions-oriented communication.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
- Passion for the fitness industry and a genuine desire to support students in their professional growth.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges diplomatically and efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or peak enrollment periods.
