Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, using hospitality software systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently, providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, payments, and reservations.
- Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Upsell services such as spa treatments, tours, and dining experiences to maximize guest spending.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or server role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
