Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Upsell services such as spa treatments, tours, and dining experiences to maximize guest spending.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or server role within the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
