Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about dive packages and services.
- Coordinate with dive instructors and boat crews to ensure smooth scheduling and guest logistics.
- Handle payments, invoicing, and financial transactions with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain organized records of guest information, bookings, and dive center operations.
- Assist in promoting dive center services and upselling additional experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles, preferably in tourism or dive centers.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in using booking software, MS Office, and basic financial tools.
- A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of diving or willingness to learn about dive center operations is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
