Responsibility
- Welcome and register guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests efficiently using property management systems.
- Provide accurate information about villa amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle billing, payments, and financial transactions with precision and confidentiality.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and special events.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations, preferably in luxury hotels or villas.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Basic knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape and local attractions.
