Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily surveillance operations to ensure 24/7 monitoring of resort premises, gaming areas, and high-traffic zones.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Surveillance Operators, fostering a culture of vigilance, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement surveillance protocols, including the use of advanced CCTV systems, access control, and incident response procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend proactive security enhancements.
- Collaborate with resort management, law enforcement, and internal teams to investigate and resolve security incidents discreetly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to surveillance and data privacy.
- Prepare detailed reports on security breaches, suspicious activities, and operational metrics for senior leadership review.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and technological advancements to maintain a state-of-the-art surveillance framework.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveillance, security operations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in managing CCTV systems, access control, and other security technologies in a hospitality or gaming environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local and international security regulations, as well as best practices in asset protection.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with guests, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) or related fields is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
