Responsibility
- Manage daily restaurant and bakery operations, ensuring smooth service and high customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ staff members across front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies while maintaining budget control
- Create promotional strategies and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or bakery management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
