Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized table service to guests, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Greet, seat, and assist guests with menu selections, offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring timely and correct delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and clearing used dishes.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, or specials to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue growth.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dining or hospitality role (casual or fine dining preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine or cocktail pairings (training provided).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
- Neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to the restaurant’s dress code.
