Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating, and customer service.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budgeting.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
