Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality across all locations.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for enhancement and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold the company’s values and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in developing SOPs and implementing quality control measures.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial management for operational budgeting.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations and adapt to varying operational demands.
