Responsibility
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using digital systems
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Handle incoming calls and route inquiries to appropriate medical staff
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Coordinate with medical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage front desk operations including cash handling and receipt issuance
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and maintain office supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in receptionist or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
- Friendly, empathetic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
