Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor logs, and appointment schedules to optimize office operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support office efficiency.
- Handle mail distribution, courier services, and office supplies management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address visitor or client needs promptly and professionally.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or hospitality is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
