Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and facilitating smooth interactions.
- Serve as the key liaison between the Indonesian office and Korean Headquarters, translating and relaying critical communications with cultural sensitivity.
- Prepare and edit high-level documents, presentations, and reports for executive review and external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with discretion, maintaining strict professionalism in all interactions.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.
- Oversee expense reporting, budget tracking, and vendor negotiations for executive-related activities.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, proactively addressing challenges before they arise to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a multinational environment.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is mandatory; proficiency in Korean or Indonesian is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in government liaison or corporate relations within Indonesia.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
