Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents, contracts, and client records.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate sales processes.
  • Assist in generating sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and updating CRM systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles.
