Responsibility

  • Receive and verify the completeness of BPKB and supporting documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all processed documents and transactions.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to document submissions.
  • Provide administrative support to the front office team, including data entry and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth document processing and customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Prepare and distribute reports as required by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive documents and information.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is a plus.
