Responsibility
- Manage and organize retail-related documentation, including invoices, receipts, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries and administrative requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review.
- Monitor office supplies and retail stock levels, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Support the retail team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles within the retail sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, or POS systems is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
