Responsibility
- Greet and welcome patients with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using clinic software.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying information and processing payments.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with dental staff to optimize daily schedules and minimize wait times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinic management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional appearance and a positive, patient-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
