Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor appointments, and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and local logistics for visiting executives or clients.
- Provide accurate information about the company’s services, departments, and personnel to inquiries.
- Monitor and manage the visitor sign-in/out process, ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or hospitality setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Professional appearance and a warm, approachable personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with office equipment (e.g., printers, phone systems).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
