Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist the HR team with onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) with professionalism.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with HR software or basic accounting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
