Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist the HR team with onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) with professionalism.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with HR software or basic accounting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
