Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including lobby refreshments.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Provide general customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage lobby amenities, including ice cream and beverage supplies for guests.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
