Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including lobby refreshments.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Provide general customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage lobby amenities, including ice cream and beverage supplies for guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
- Familiarity with office management software or CRM systems is advantageous.
