Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure all visitors sign in and out, and issue visitor badges as necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
